Jeff Lamb is the CEO of Lionheart Children’s Academy. Lionheart is a faith-based provider of early education with the vision to see the lives of families and children transformed by the Gospel through Christ-centered childcare centers across the country. Lionheart presently operates twenty academies across five states inside host churches to activate their space during the week.

Previously Jeff was President & COO of Vari and VariSpace, a workspace solutions company. Jeff brings deep real estate knowledge and experience leading servant leadership business models to the Board of The Hope Center. Jeff has been a leader in corporate America for 41 years, with over a decade at Southwest Airlines as EVP Corporate Services and Chief People Officer. He also previously served Roger Staubach as an executive at The Staubach Company (now JLL) and senior leadership roles at Belo and Mesa Petroleum (now Pioneer Natural Resources).
