David has over 25 years of residential and commercial construction, maintenance, and operations experience. Originally from Maryland, he began his career in construction and slowly moved into project management. After moving to Texas in 2014, he made his focus on commercial building operations and worked for JLL as a Maintenance Technician/Facilities Coordinator. While working for JLL, he was awarded a JLL Globally Recognizing Achievement Award. In 2018, he was hired by Holt Lunsford Commercial and joined their team as a Building Engineer.

David is married and loves spending with his son, daughter, and grandchildren. He is also an accomplished musician, amateur photographer, and loves collecting a variety of different items.
