About this position:

The Recruiting Manager will coordinate with leadership and management to identify candidates to fill staffing needs (current and future). The Director of Recruiting will research, develop, and implement effective short/long-term recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Performs functions related to interviewing staff, hiring, onboarding, and orienting new hires in accordance with company policies and practices. The Director of Recruiting oversees the work of the recruiting team.
