To accomplish this mission we produce radio broadcasts, Bible-based resources, provide training on peer-to-peer biblical counseling, discipleship and leadership development.

About the Position

Hope for the Heart is seeking a dynamic Projects and Events Coordinator. This position will be responsible for support the Events and Partner Relations team at Hope for the Heart by coordinating and administrating professional and ministry related events, including those held onsite, in offsite venues, and via digital platforms or through live stream technology. This role will also organize and maintain in-office staff events and ministry calendar and serve as a point of contact as assigned for partner relations, including, but not limited to event planning and execution, ensure delivery of digital assets to partners, VIP visits, talent/presenter coordination for resource development, and the Keys for Living White Label Program.

Responsibilities
  • Events Planning: Assist in the coordination of multiple events including booking event space, travel arrangements, food/beverage requirements, supplies, AV requests, schedule/facilitate event related meetings, order signs, and ensure appropriate décor (florals, linens, color schemes, etc.) to meet the quality expectations of HFTH leadership.
  • Calendars: Maintain the ministry-wide event calendar in multiple formats; Events Outlook, Communications.
  • Event Registration platforms: Be proficient in all event platforms used in the execution of ministry objectives. Able to communicate and/or train ministry staff as needed.
  • Event Support: Assist team with any and all related event tasks to get the job done.
  • Event Follow-up: Help with the safe return of equipment, props, and inventory, letters of appreciation and gifts as appropriate. Help with setup/teardown if here during the time we’re preparing for an event.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicates, on behalf of the events department, with Hope for the Heart staff, outside vendors, and Hope Center staff as requested.
  • Reporting and Misc.: Pull/create reports after each event and other reports as requested. Order office supplies, archive documents, reconcile credit card accounts, data entry and research, and other administrative tasks.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or five or more years of related experience and/or training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a solid ability to represent the HFTH brand with integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint), Cvent, Monday.com, Zoom, and Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle crisis situations, negative comments, and manage brand reputation effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engage with the online community.
  • Salary Description $47,500 - $55,000
